Permanent Jewelry Policies

All Sales Are Final

All permanent jewelry purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing requested by the customer, or normal wear and tear. If you experience an issue with your jewelry, please contact us so we can review the situation.

Complimentary Re-Welds

We offer complimentary re-welds when the original chain is provided and remains in good, repairable condition. This includes jewelry that has been intentionally removed for medical procedures such as surgery or an MRI.

For the best results, we recommend having your jewelry cut at the small connecting jump ring rather than cutting through the chain itself.

Complimentary re-welds are intended for occasional repairs. Repeated breakage, damaged chains, or repairs requiring replacement components may result in additional charges.

Lost Jewelry & Replacements

While lost jewelry is generally not covered, we understand that occasionally a weld may not hold as expected.

If your permanent jewelry falls off and is lost within 7 days of purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the circumstances and may offer a complimentary or discounted replacement if a workmanship issue is suspected.

Replacement decisions are made individually and are not guaranteed.

Damage & Repairs

Permanent jewelry is designed for everyday wear, but it is not indestructible. Snagging, pulling, stretching, or other excessive force can damage the chain or connecting components.

Repairs are evaluated based on the condition of the jewelry. If a chain cannot be repaired, purchasing a replacement may be necessary.

Simply Chosen reserves the right to evaluate repair and replacement requests individually.

All Sales Are Final

All clasped and ready-to-wear jewelry purchases are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges for changes of mind or normal wear and tear.

Repairs & Adjustments

We want you to enjoy your jewelry! If a piece purchased from Simply Chosen needs attention, please contact us.

When possible, we may provide one complimentary repair, depending on the condition of the jewelry and the nature of the damage.

Additional repairs, replacement components, or damage caused by snagging, pulling, or excessive force may incur a fee.

Lost or Damaged Jewelry

Lost jewelry is not eligible for complimentary replacement. Jewelry that is significantly damaged or cannot be repaired may require purchasing a replacement.

All repair requests are evaluated individually, and complimentary repairs are not guaranteed.

Engraved & Personalized Jewelry Policies

All engraved and personalized jewelry purchases are final sale. Because these pieces are customized specifically for you, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted for changes of mind or customer-provided personalization errors.

Personalization & Engraving Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all personalization details, including names, initials, dates, spelling, and design selections before engraving begins.

Simply Chosen is not responsible for errors in information approved or provided by the customer.

If an engraving error occurs due to a mistake made by Simply Chosen, we will work with you to correct the issue or replace the affected piece at no additional charge.

Natural Variations & Engraving Results

Engraving appearance may vary slightly depending on the material, size, shape, and finish of the jewelry. Minor variations in placement or appearance are normal and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

Repairs & Product Concerns

If you experience an issue with your engraved jewelry, please contact us. We will evaluate the piece and determine whether a repair or replacement is appropriate.

Damage caused by improper handling, excessive force, or normal wear and tear is not covered under complimentary repairs.
